Lahore Smart City Possession Policy
Sector A possession process will start in March 2022, IN SHA ALLAH.
Sector B possession process will start in May 2022,( after Ramadan) IN SHA ALLAH.

All those members who have reserved their plots on 100 payment will be eligible for the possession of plots on their own choice subject to the launch of construction workshop within 90 days after subscribing their amenability to perform on stamp agreement
In the alternate phase, the company will advertise possession for the remaining plots( if available) on a first come first serve base. Priority will be given to members who have reserved their plots on 40 and 50 down payment independently. The client needs to corroborate the vacuity of plots before depositing 100 payment from our office and should subscribe the amenability Performa for the launch of construction workshop within 90 days.
